Felicity Brandwood, a qualified solicitor, was appointed a director of Escrow Solutions in 2006 alongside her role as Group Company Secretary, having joined the Group in 1984. Along with day-today responsibility for the operational management of the Group's Escrow Solutions division, she is responsible for the overall operation of the US office and implementation of the Group's US expansion plans.
