- Review the operational processes through structured mapping exercises identifying where greater efficiency can be achieved through maximum exploitation of the system capabilities. This part of the review also considers the identification of redundant manual and paper processes which are introducing inherent inefficiencies.
- To ensure that staff have appropriate skills to use the systems effectively by assessing the current skills capability and developing an appropriate training plan in conjunction with the organisation's HR service.
